我們謹此告知個人資料(私隱) 條例已對使用個人資料作直接促銷作出修訂,有關修訂快將生效。惟新措施並不適用於我們於新措施生效(一三年四月一日)前已使用之個人資料,包括我們之公司客戶的個人資料(即個人資料乃因會員登入而收集) 。我們籍此通知您,我們有意繼續使用閣下的個人資料於有關電子行銷相關的資訊及產品。

We write to inform you that there are changes to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance relating to the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes that will soon come into effect. However, these changes will not apply to personal data that we have been using before they come into effect (1 April, 2013) including personal data of our members. We take this opportunity to let you know that we intend to continue to use your personal data for direct marketing of our products and/or services.
